ABOUT SANDALWOOD
At Sandalwood Tea Company, we carry over 200 varieties of luxury loose leaf tea including Black Tea, Green Tea, White Tea, Oolong, Rooibos and Fruit and Herbal Tisanes. Our flavoured teas and custom blends have received acclaim from tea connoisseurs and new drinkers alike. In addition to our many different teas, we carry a large variety of teapots, cups, gifts and accessories, so our customers can always enjoy their tea in style.
My son, Stephen, started Tea a la Carte at the Lynden Park Mall in Brantford in September of 2008. It was soon discovered by a number of dedicated tea people. I enjoyed occasionally working with him and meeting some of his regular customers. In February 2010 Stephen needed to step down for health reasons, and it was decided that I would take over the business, running it from my office location on Plant Farm Boulevard, and changing the business name to Sandalwood Tea Company.
Over the past few years we have increased our tea selection, and expanded to offer a wide variety of tea-related gifts and accessories. In July 2014 we relocated one final time to our current space on Fairview Drive at North Park St., a location that allows for better parking and higher visibility. Old and new customers will be very welcome.
